Smartline Automation LLC ("Company," "talk2me," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, web dashboard, and automated AI receptionist services (collectively, the "Service").
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account Data: Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details processed via Stripe.
- Telecommunications & Voice Data: Phone numbers, call audio recordings, automated transcripts, call duration, SMS metadata, and AI prompt configurations processed via third-party infrastructure (Twilio, Vapi, Resend).
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system version, app diagnostics, and crash logs collected for system stability and security.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected data solely to:
- Provide, maintain, operate, and optimize the talk2me AI voice and receptionist features.
- Process subscription payments and handle customer support requests.
- Ensure telecommunications compliance, fraud prevention, and carrier registration verification.
- Train and improve internal application reliability (we do NOT sell call transcripts or audio data to third parties).
3. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS & DATA SHARING
We share data only with essential operational service providers required to deliver the Service:
- Telephony & AI Routing: Twilio (call transit), Vapi (voice execution), OpenAI (LLM processing).
- Payment Processing: Stripe (secure billing handling).
- Transactional Messaging: Resend (email notifications and transcript delivery).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or caller transcripts to third-party advertisers.
4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
We employ industry-standard encryption (in transit via TLS/SSL and at rest) to secure user data, voice logs, and audio transcripts. Account data and call logs are retained for as long as your account remains active or as required by law.
5. YOUR RIGHTS & ACCOUNT DELETION
Depending on your jurisdiction (including California CCPA rights), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal data and stored call logs.
